Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 30, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Bloome Health LLC ("Bloome Health," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information about visitors to this website, business contacts, people who use the Bloome Health platform on behalf of a business ("Operators"), and the licensed providers and support staff who hold workforce accounts.
About This Notice
Bloome Health provides technology and operational services to businesses that run their own branded telehealth services. This notice covers the information we handle as a business: website visits, sales and partnership inquiries, account administration, and our relationships with Operators, vendors and workforce account holders. It does not apply to patient information that we handle on behalf of an Operator, which is described in the next section.
Patient Information Handled for Operators
When an Operator uses the platform to serve its customers, Bloome Health handles that information as a service provider and business associate of the Operator. That information is governed by the Operator's own privacy notices, including any Notice of Privacy Practices, and by the Business Associate Agreement between Bloome Health and that Operator. We use and disclose it only as that agreement and applicable law allow. This notice does not apply to patient information. Individuals with questions about their health information should contact the Operator whose service they used.
Information We Collect
- Contact and inquiry information. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo or email us, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company, role and the content of your message.
- Account information. When an Operator or its team members sign up or sign in, we collect name, work email, phone number, role, sign-in credentials, and settings chosen in the account.
- Workforce account information. For licensed providers and support staff who hold workforce accounts, we collect name, contact details, role, and the professional details needed for the work, such as license and credential information for providers, along with sign-in and activity records needed for security and quality.
- Billing information. For Operators, we collect billing contacts and payment details. Card and bank details are processed by our payment processors.
- Usage and device information. We collect information about how the website and platform are used, such as pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, device identifiers and dates and times of access.
- Communications. We keep records of emails, calls and messages exchanged with us, including support requests.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and requests; set up, operate, secure and support accounts; provide, maintain and improve the platform; process billing and payments; verify the licensure and credentials of providers; send service, security and administrative messages; send business updates you can opt out of at any time; detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How We Share Information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, communications, analytics, customer support and payment providers, under contracts that limit their use of it; with an Operator, for information about that Operator's own team and account; with professional advisors such as lawyers and auditors; when required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, safety and security of Bloome Health, our users or others; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this notice. We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices and Rights
You can update account details in the platform or by contacting us. You can opt out of business update emails using the unsubscribe link in each message; we may still send service and security messages. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
